Hi all,
This has been such an amazing journey and I want to thank you all again for your part in it.
Right now we're sitting at 904 orders fulfilled, nearly all of which arrived successfully. If you haven't received yours yet, please let me know and we'll look into it. DM here is preferable.
Eight of you haven't filled in your surveys so you won't have your stuff. Please do so as soon as you can! If you've lost your invite, you can get a new one at https://outliers.backerkit.com/ using your Kickstarter email address.
If you want to buy another copy, or if you want to recommend the game to your pals, they're still available at https://outliers.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders at the Kickstarter price of £12 per physical copy (manually dispatched by me, a little bit haphazardly) or at various other places (notably, Indie Press Revolution has 300+ copies available, a little more than half what I have in my "warehouse").

All Orders Fulfilled!
If you've completed your survey, then your order has gone out - all the third-party logistics companies have confirmed everything's been sent.
If you've not received your item yet, please wait until the end of June before yelling at me (well, if you're in the UK you can do this sooner to be honest). DM me here to let me know - I'm happy to replace a lost item. If you've received a damaged or misprinted item, let me know and I can pop a replacement in the post for you.
Unfortunately I'm out of stickers, so I can't replace these (free gift) items, but I can replace a zine free of charge.
Not Completed Your Survey?
If you haven't completed your survey (there are a few of you), I will give you a few more months to do so, but I won't be checking BackerKit so often anymore, so if you do so please also DM me on Kickstarter. If you've lost your BackerKit invite, just go to outliers.backerkit.com and you should be able to get a new one by putting in your Kickstarter email address.
I hope everyone is happy with Outliers - it's been a great campaign to be a part of. There will be more Far Horizons CoOp projects on Kickstarter later in the year - if you've given us permission to add you to our newsletter mailing list, you'll hear all about them there!

Lab Notebook Entry: Day One-Hundred-and-Seven

Hey Research Assistants,
I'm writing this on my phone which is a challenge so I'll make it short. It's an update on shipping physical orders, which I've had a few questions about.
USA
Third Kingdom Games are still shipping the US orders but they've said they'll be done by this weekend or early next week. They're being shipped First Class so I guess they'll be with you pretty shortly. Let me know if you don't have them by the end of June.
Australia & New Zealand
Cardboard Monster have started with shipping the Australian and New Zealand orders this week. There aren't many of these so I guess it'll be over and done in a single pass probably, but they might take a while to arrive. Let me know if you don't have them by the end of June.
EU
All EU orders have been shipped by The Lost Bay and their partners. They've been shipped DDP so you should get them without having to pay anything at the border - let me know if there's an issue with this. I don't have any tracking numbers for these, but I can request them if you need it. Let me know by the end of June if you're missing anything.
UK and Rest of World
These have all been shipped; the last went in the post about a week ago. They should definitely be with you by now if you're in the UK and will probably be with you soon otherwise (the RoW orders went out early in the process). If you don't have them by next week, let me know.
Stragglers
If there's any other orders on Backerkit I'm handling them myself, but I'm generally waiting until I have four orders to send so it might not be instant.

Good evening Research Assistants,
We're well on our way to completing this project folks. Here's where we're at:

BackerKit surveys have been locked and cards have been charged. I'm going to lock addresses in two days, so if you've moved house since you originally filled out your survey, you might need to update it.

If you've had an email (or several!) about your card being declined, please resolve it if you can! I can't ship stuff to you if you haven't paid for shipping!

The Annotated Edition is done. I'll put it up on DTRPG, itch.io, or wherever else you've been getting it.

All digital editions have now been sent out. I can help you (for a limited time) if you've misplaced your email - DM me on Kickstarter.

Shipping has started! I've sent out a few test packages and all of the UK orders with add-ons. Shipping will start in earnest in the next few days, slightly ahead of my planned date of May 14th.
So, you should all start getting your stuff in the next few days. Backers in the EU, the US, and in Australia and New Zealand might have more of a delay because the third-party fulfillers haven't received their shipments yet.

Hey Research Assistants,
Orders are being locked on Sunday, cards charged next Tuesday. If you've not put your order in yet, please do so! Head on over to the Backerkit page if you've lost your invitation email and they can help you recover it.
Again, I'll contact all print backers who haven't gotten their orders in this week - that'll be via Kickstarter DM. And all digital orders will be sent by direct email if I don't have requests to do otherwise.
If you don't get back to me before it closes, not to worry, I'll still send you your stuff - but after Sunday the onus will be on you to contact me. That's an open offer until April next year.
Can't wait for you to get your hands on this stuff.
